Should be.  But there might be new ways to do it.  I've seen something 
like imapcopy or imapmove to shovel mail between two running IMAP servers.  
Never used them though.

SmartSIEVE works the best for us.  And of course OGo interfaces with SIEVE 
as well.

No, quotas are all managed by the Cyrus 'black box'.
