GnuCash is a Linux financial record keeping program, roughly equivalent
to Quicken. However, it has interesting (and perhaps confusing)
differences from Quicken. It is much more like regular double-entry
accounting, though it has language and structural differences that make
the relationship somewhat obscure. This presentation will clarify how
GnuCash works vis-a-vis both Quicken and standard accounting and walk
through a basic setup for a (very) small business.

Our presenter:

Coming to three meetings qualifies you as a full member of KLUG,
meaning that you can participate in the process of making formal
decisions, including voting for officers.
