Has anyone played with this -

I bumped into it while looking for documentation on something else; the
whole concept of visualizing the contents of log files in really
interesting.  I've found IDS & log watching systems to pretty much be
more of a pain to install, configure, maintain, and use than I have
time.  Something that would just harvest the contents of logs and
display them in such a way that my wetware can consider if there is a
problem would be great.

Anyone know of something like the above that is nicely packaged?
