Oh.... duh... I guess that should have been obvious... 

The error log says that 

[Tue Jun 22 05:40:43 2004] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not
configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
[Tue Jun 22 05:40:43 2004] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled 

Do I have to set something up for the Session Cache in one of the
config files then?  The ssl-global.conf file has a path specified.
