This is really frustrating.  I setup a vacation rule and the server acts
like it doesn't exist.  I've tried setting it up in smartsieve, and the
Squirrelmail sieve plugin both.

Email notifications also seem to be broken.

The script is active and working because a later rule in the same
vacation script files the mail in a folder.

Sieve can send mail because forwarding works.

I've been though the imap.conf and cyrus.conf config files, and examined
every option that might effect this, including starting notifyd.

I've examined every log file I can find, but nothing appears about this.

Any clues?  Am I missing a package, or is it all included in cyrus-imap?
