[KLUG Members] Probem creating Impress template

I've got the .ppt file that I want to use as an OO Impress template. I
saved it as an Impress template but in my home dir. Now I'm trying to
move it to where OO seems to want templates but each time I try to "save
as" to that location I get a strange message that the save failed
because the file

(/usr/lib/openoffice/share/template/english/KLUGPres

"does not exist."  

???
Of course it does not exist. I'm trying to create it at that location.
Can anyone help me with this?
