Think of an AP as a hub. The "Router" is just that. It supports multiple
machines, and offers an awesome security problem... lol
AP's do DHCP, but it's all wireless. It really nothing more than a wireless
card in adhoc.

What is the difference between a wireless access point and a wireless
router?  Is it just that the router can link different networks? Do DHCP?
