I'm 68.79.789.145 – 68.79.189.149

cut-n-paste ....
     Current Rate : 1536 Kbps 256 Kbps
     Maximum Rate : 4151 Kbps 711 Kbps

The current rate appears to be fixed somehow, and yes, I get those
speeds, pretty consistently.

"SBC Yahoo! DSL Standard Plus-S Package Internet service gives you all
the benefits, customization, and speed of the Standard Plus Package with
five static IPs, making it possible to host a Web server or access a VPN
- ideal for telecommuters or anyone who works from home."
