[KLUG Members] evolution (or something like it) for windows

I am trying to find either Evolution or something like it (all in one
email and calendar with good interface) that has been ported to
Windows.  Is Evolution open source?  Mozilla is a bit cludgy for the
client that I am thinking of this for... (actually clients).
