Yes, under the GPL.  Even the M$-Exchange connector is Open Source.  But
it is not available for Win32.

Same, i have laptop Win32 users using Thunderbird.

It sucks.  If they need a calendaring app I just recommend getting a
Palm Pilot.  If you need collaberative calendering you can use OGo's web
interface and sync your Palm over the network.  Native collaberative
calendering and your stuck with M$-Outlook (nothing else comes close to
the same functionality).
