Well, the usual Windows solution for that is MS Outlook.  Full outlook 
(as opposed to Outlook Express) is not technically free, but it's 
included with either an Exchange Client Access License or most (all?) 
versions of Microsoft Office.  I haven't actually used it since Outlook 
2000 / Exchange 5.5, but it's a good app if you can stand using the 800 
pound gorilla of email programs.
