That would be subjective I would imagine. What variant? what version? Do you
care about certifications? Degrees? Or do you prefer real-world experience?
Do you want a Linux for content delivery, service hosting, virtual hosting,
network routing, email handling, fax serving, print serving, message serving,
file serving, data warehousing? There are so many uses for a good linux, that
being 'qualified' would well depend on the application of the linux system(s)
in question.
