I use OOo with a spreadsheet and mailmerge for a 300 plus mailing
every month.  Works well once you have the label template set up and
going.  I set the spreadsheet as a datasource and it is easy from
there.  And it is cross platform so if I am not available to print the
labels anyone else can, whether they use linux or not.
