(a) You must always attend a meeting to collect media,  any distribution
we provide.  We don't ship, mail, teleport, carrier pigeon, warp bubble,
etc...
(b) These are burned CDs.
(c) It is always a good idea to send an e-mail in advance so that we can
verify inventory.
(d) One per person, unless other arraingements have been made.
