Yes, that is covered by teleport.  Everyone knows that Piccard is a
warlock, and that's how they actually do all that.

Nah, if they were seriously interested, we would just expect them to
invade and take them.  The Asgard don't strike me as big "Openness"
people.

I've never had trick or treaters come to my house either.
