Oh, as far as not free, that depends, in educational and non-profit
(like where I work - yeah) organizations it is free.  

Commercially, if you have 1 to 99 concurrent users then it is only
$89.  Not a bad price.  Just check out Bess or Cyberpatrol, etc. if
you think that is expensive.  And the top end is only $490 and you
can just go to town.  WOW! Not bad...
