[KLUG Members] OT: looking for a used ATX motherboard

I'm just curious if anyone has an old motherboard laying around.  I have a friend who is visually impared single mom with two kids.  She's having trouble with her computer and I think it's most likely the motherboard.  (I can't seem to get video to fire up and I have tried 3 different video cards, double and triple checked all the jumpers, chip seatings, etc.) It is a Form Factor 'ATX' and the motherboard was using an AMD K5 500 at 2.2v (3.3v i/o)
 
As near as I can tell, the original board is a Jetway 542C.  (I found this page on it http://www.btopenworld.dealtime.co.uk/xPF-JET_WAY_Information_Co_JET_WAY_Socket_7_542C) in case someone has something that might fit in her original tower case.
 
I'm trying to see if I can find her either a cheap motherboard or a motherboard/cpu combination to help get her up and going again.  Anyone that can help out, it would be greatly appreciated.
