[KLUG Members] Preparing a desktop for Novell Linux

I am installing Windows XP on a desktop at work.  Currently we are an all
Windows Novell shop, I am not the IT guy.  I am trying to prepare the pc
for future addition of SuSe linux as a dual boot system.

I have left a 10 gig unpartitioned part of a hard drive available for
linux in the future.  I have also formatted the Windows drive in FAT32,
hoping that SuSe can read FAT32.  I have heard that it cannot read NTFS.

Does this sound like good preparation for future addition of SuSe linux to
the pc?

Is there anything else I should look for or plan ahead for?
