[KLUG Members] Looking for PHP code snippet.

This is the login page of my rather sparce website, it has the text box 
you are talking about.  I don't know if the page source helps, but if it 
doesn't, this is a phpnuke site and it can be set up on a Mac (AMP) 
quickly and easily for a much closer insection.
