[KLUG Members] accessing the past meeting pdf's

Once or twice it seemed to make a difference--at any rate I was able to
get a pdf to open in my browser; but then it would not work the next
time.

At any rate, these pdf's are just 1-2 MBs, maybe a bit bigger, and my
cache is set for 50,000 KBs.
