Hi All,

I'm on a Suse 9.2 box trying to ftp some files from ftp1.ncdc.noaa.gov
and I can't seem to do it. It get guest login ok and get a prompt, but
if I try and list a directory it pauses and then says "Data connection
timed out. Falling back to PORT instead of PASV mode. List failed.

I've tried with ftp and ncftp.

I am behind a firewall, however I have a MS Windows box with SmartFTP
and it can list the contents fine.

Any suggestions?
