With WinXP...?!?! ROTFLOL... you best go get 3.0.14a for your distro and enjoy
the good life... M$ purposly adjusts the CIFS / SMB protocol to break
compatability with Samba, you need the latest code for that new of Windows.

Between Adam and myself you should find enough past presentations to express
you through getting 3.x up and running in a hurry.
