The easiest way I've found with Suse to install packages that are not
on the CD or DVD is to setup additional sources of installation. I've
done this with mplayer and Tellico with excellant results. Setup a
full mirror along with any third party sites like packman as the first
options and move the cd to last. Do a search in yast for the package
you want to install. Yast will find it on one of your installatio
sources and get any dependancies from the the mirror or application
host.
