I just started playing with drupal myself, and it looks really cool!
(no site to share, yet - hopefully soon)

I noticed the 2nd web site you mentioned has a "poll".  Unfortunately I
can't figure out how to make it work.  Here's a poll of mine:

1)  The Drupal poll module is broken.
2)  Adam has not correctly configured the poll module.
3)  I have to have an account to vote (still waiting approval).
4)  I'm an idiot, voting is right in front of my face!  :-)
5)  Other - please specify.
