I've installed the SuSe 9.3 hylafax-client RPM on a box.  But when I try to
"sendfax" I get...

FATAL ERROR: /var/spool/fax/etc/setup.cache is missing!

The file /var/spool/fax/etc/setup.cache is not present.  This
probably means the machine has not been setup using the faxsetup(1M)
command.  Read the documentation on setting up HylaFAX before you
startup a server system.

I'm confused.  Is the hylafax-client RPM not usable as a HylaFAX "client"?  All
the dependencies are satisfied.
