[KLUG Members] IE "The page cannot be displayed"

Bringing up a new internal webserver (Apache 2.0/PHP5/SuSe9.3Pro) and it works
perfectly from FF but occasionally users on IE (6.0sp1 on 2000 or XPeee) get a

but they can refresh or go-back-click-again and the page loads fine.  Then try
trundle along for awhile and then it happens again.  But, again, I've never
seen this in FF.   No errors appear on in the server logs.

Anyone seen this before?
