[KLUG Members] accessing linux dir with ' in name

A windows user named a directory on with a single quote mark ('), as in
"joe's stuff".  The directory got copied to a samba server.

I'm trying to enter the directory to copy them over to another directory
and delete this one.  

I can't do this:

cd joe's stuff

nor this

cd 'joe's stuff'

nor this

cd "joe's stuff"

nor this 

cd 'joe\'s stuff'

But there's gotta be a way.
