THE - BEST - DATABASE - TOOL - EVER...
http://www.dbvis.com/products/dbvis/

Not exactly free, but it pounds all the Open Source database tools into
the floor boards; really no comparison whatsoever. I use that app all
day every day, and frequently at night too.

Actually it is the second best database tool ever. IBM's Server Studio
is better, but also cost $1,300 a seat. Yikes! It does about three
things that dbvis doesn't: intelligent display of collections, editing
of stored procedure code, and capturing server diagnostic messages.
Other than that it just has better administrative views - with dbvis you
get the view but you need to know what you are looking at - with Server
Studio it really is "Duh! So that's where the bottleneck is!" or
"Grrrr... that is the moron panty-waist user locking that table!".
