/proc/bus/usb is mounted,  but that is all I see.  The USB device
description is:

SD card;  that works unless images are in the internal memory of the
camera.  I can use the SD slot in my Palm Treo 650 as a card reader;  it
mounts as a file-system automatically just fine (at least in SuSe 10).
