[KLUG Members] new lcd monitor, no X

Got my daughter a new LCD monitor.  Her Red Hat 9 computer tries to go
into X and gets a screen on the monitor saying "Out of Range".  But, I
can't find the Xconfigurator program.  Can anybody help an overworked
Christmas dad?
