[KLUG Members] Klauncher could not be reached by DCOP

I get the same error on my Red Hat 9.0 server whenever I start vncserver. I just figured that it was 
a bug or something. Rebooting is my only solution too. Man, I haven't rebooted that thing for months 
now, come to think of it.
