[KLUG Members] Question On Linux Friendly laptop

Hi,
I am thinking of getting a laptop.  Planning to put fedora core 3 and 
debian.

Looking at IBM and Toshiba laptops.

which would be easier to configure linux on?

Any other suggestions? Is centrino supported on Linux?


Looking for durability and good brand.
