As I said above, find the _home_page_ of ndiswrapper and look for
instructions there.  (hint, google is your friend)!  :-)

It's not a program, so it won't be in the start menu.

I'm trying to teach you how to do it yourself, instead of spoon feeding
you, so keep looking and let me know when/if you get stuck again and
