Unfortunately, no.  Wireless hardware is changing SO fast it is
currently bewildering.

My current recommendation is to buy an Orinoco Silver or Gold which can
be gotten on E-Bay for a pittance.  Then you can take the time to
research and shop around for something 'better'.  (although I've used
the various B, G, G+, 11Mbps, 22Mbps, 54Mbps cards and never been able
to tell the difference).
