That's the detritus of the world's worst operating system.  You're
overhearing conversations between stolen computers as they break
the law for their human masters.

Users running Microsoft don't patch their systems and they get
infected by viruses.  Those viruses spread by making bizarre
requests to webservers around the world.  This has no effect on
the Apache webserver, it's just a small waste of your bandwidth.
Ignore it.
