I would never use a password storage program that was not open
source.  Especially one hosted on geocities.  How do you know it's
not going to, one day, send a list of all your passwords to some
cracked server in Kazakhstan?

I use this for my palm:  <http://gnukeyring.sourceforge.net/> but
that won't help the original questioner, sorry...
