Well, I've donwloaded and installed Real player for Linux. When I go to a website (Deutsche Welle), Realplayer seems to download the transmission and start, but I don't get any volume. When I try to increase volume using the vol control in the tray at the bottom of the desktop screen, it jumps back to zero as soon as I release it. ??
