[KLUG Members] Start & rmt over SSH; how?

According to the start documentation I should be able to set RSH & RMT
to control how star attempts to invoke rmt on the remote host, but...

[root at sardine root]# env RMT=/usr/sbin/rmt RSH=/usr/bin/ssh star -v -cM
bs=63k fs=128m f=moa:/dev/st0
rcmd: MOA.morrison.iserv.net: Connection reset by peer
star: Cannot get connection to 'moa'.

and I see 

Jan 21 09:09:55 moa xinetd[12074]: execv( /usr/sbin/in.rshd ) failed: No
such file or directory (errno = 2)

such file or directory (errno = 2)


in the remote logs, like it is trying to use rsh and not ssh.
