I'm wondering how this NCUA email would fair on Apple's Mail.app.  
PayPal emails get past it, but it's also been reviewed as having MUCH  
better junk filters than Entourage.

PayPal has a good warning about this as well... They even have a  
place where you can report emails you receive.

These are the people that the "do not use hairdryer in bathtub"  
warnings labels are made for... I bet Darwin is cringing...
