[KLUG Members] PC133 memory in PC100

Not specifically a linux question, but hardware related.

Have a 256meg pc100 DIMM installed, installing a 256meg pc133 that is
"pc100 compatible."

Computer only has two slots, DIMMS are supposed to be installed in pairs
(though I've run mem tests on it with just one DIMM).

First time I installed the pc133 it started locking up.  I replaced the
DIMM, and swapped spots (so the pc100 was in DIMM slot 0, the pc133 in
slot 1).  

Still have lockup problems.  pc100 DIMMS are hard to find (read "old"),
anybody have ideas?
