No, these images were just inserted.

Actually it is under the text, yes?  That doesn't sound to hard (off the
top of my head).  Is it, in practice, really anything different than a
watermark?

Personally, I really dislike VisiFax;  so I'm so happy to have killed
off this one remaining use.  It isn't that VisiFax doesn't work, it is
just that WHEN it doesn't it is a total mystery as to why.
