ahhh. just learned something then. thanks.

i have 4 pc's at home and i have their mac addresses in my router. i have only allowed 4 ip 
addresses to. i turned wep off because it's a crap shoot if i can get a connection with it on. not 
all of my cards support wpa. i figured that the mac address thing was secure enough for my 
neighborhood. perhaps i should re-thinh this.
