You mean EAP (or whatever it is called this week). Yes, absolutely.  I
think EAP/TLS is clearly the future.  But the "as long as your clients
and switches all support it" is the bugger.  And most switches, APs,
etc.... (and possibly NICs) are going to need a boost in processor power
to do all that security for an entire LAN and maintain today's
performance.
