Not from Thunderbird.  The TB address book is read-only unless you are
using local storage.  (Honestly, the TB address book is about the worst
implementation of the address book concept I've ever seen.).  Evolution
is the only mainstream PIM client that supports writing to a DSA (not
even Outlook will do it).  If Multisync supports TB, and I have no idea
if it does, then that is a possible avenue.
