I just checked my DVD's, and:

OpenVPN 2.0 comes on SuSE 9.3.
OpenVPN 1.6 comes on SuSE 9.2.

Personally I'd upgrade to 9.3 since there are a lot of advantages with
OpenVPN 2.0, the biggest is running only one server process to multiple
clients, compared to 1.6 where there had to be one server per client.

Plus there are other things nicer about SuSE 9.3 too.
