Firefox doesn't support TLS?

I'm getting -
"Upgrade Required
An upgrade to a secure connection is required. If you are seeing this
message in a web browser then it does not support HTTP encryption
upgrades."
- after i installed certificates on my CUPS server and required
encryption to perform administrative activities.

As in -
<Location /jobs>
  AuthType Basic
  AuthClass Group
  AuthGroupName printadmin
  Order Allow,Deny
  Allow From 192.168.*
  Encryption Always
</Location>
