I hate replying to my own post, but I read it a little closer... :)

It looks like you can actually put multiple video cards in the same PC.

"NLD Multiplier's software solution uses standard dual-head video cards,
USB hubs, ports and cables, and monitors, keyboards and mice to enable
the necessary number of connections from a single computer."

So it's basically physical access to the same PC for up to ten users. A
different kind of thin client, but on a short tether. 

$99 per seat seems a little pricey to me.
