[KLUG Members] PKI root certificate Dutch government added to Mozilla and Firefox

The Dutch government requested in may last year to have their PKI root
certificate added to the Mozilla suite. This has been realized today. Save
communication now is possible with Mozilla 1.7.6 and Firefox/Thunderbird
1.0.2 (to the Dutch government that is.) It appear that this is the first
government that have there root certs included in Mozilla.
