depending on how involved this was to be, one could get a flatpanel 
screen, and put a box on the back of it. In that box you could put all 
the parts of a cheap fanless mini-ITX system. hell, that fanless system 
would probably be ok in that 100F space with some larger heatsinks and 
fans.

are you looking for a flatpanel type display to mount on the wall? or 
just some CRT type contraption? if a CRT is ok, and old iMac G3 might 
fit the bill. if a larger flat panel is more desirable, some early iMac 
G4s might be pretty cheap...
