[KLUG Members] Reading CUPS debug info

My new SuSe 9.3 installation won't print via the CUPS server!
Grrrrrr..... 9.2 worked without incident,  I get the useless "stopped
with error code 1" message.   Anyone know how to parse this?  Is is a
problem that there is no /etc/cups/ppd/actps at crew.morrison.iserv.net.ppd
file?  Should there be?
